Who it is used with

Days, dates and appointments can tangle after a stroke. Calendar practice is used with any type of aphasia.

Start on Calendar Skills, Level 1: one day, one or two events.

How to use it

Pick a mode

The page opens on a choice of modes.

Hear the task

It is read out loud: Tap today, or What time is lunch?

Tap your answer

Keep trying until it is right; only the first tap is scored. Ten tasks make a set.

Modes

Pick a mode on the first screen. Back returns there.

Calendar Skills

Tap today, tap an appointment, go to the next day, and say which comes first.

Read the Calendar

Answer questions about the week: What time is it? How long is it? Morning or evening?

Ways to get through it

When the answer will not come, there is help on the card.

Hint

One step at a time: hear the question again, then the answer pulses, then it is shown.

In Settings, tick SLP mode: Level 1 one day, Level 2 two days, Level 3 the weekdays, Level 4 the whole week, with more events each time.
